Shipping Policy
** We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS. When ordering through the website the customers has the option to purchase postage with insurance, We highly recommend doing so to protect your items should they be lost or not Delivered. Finley + Reed is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the USPS.
* Ready to ship items will ship out on 3-5 business days.
* We are so excited to offer adult t shirts now. The tat for these are 15-20 business days unless all items in your order have RTS out beside it. The RTS orders will ship out in 5-7 business days.

* IF your address changes prior to shipping, It is your responsibility to contact us. Finleyandreed@yahoo.com to request a change of address. If your package is returned or lost due to shipping to the old address you will be responsible for the new shipping fee.
*Please Check your items upon receiving them, any manufacturing defects must be reported to Finley + Reed Monogramming & Boutique LLC within 7 days of receiving. You can send us a email to Finleyandreed@yahoo.com. With order details and pictures of the defect. You will then have 7 Days to send the defected item back to Finley and Reed. We will issue a return shipping label For DEFECTS ONLY. Label will only good for 7 days. If not returned in the 7 day's you will no longer be able to return it.

*Most items are preordered meaning it normally takes 1.5 months + ship time from the order date. Please keep this in mind when ordering sizes.
