Model is wearing a 2t bubble. Has plenty of room we sized up for Easter. Could wear the 18m now. Straps do have double buttons for adjustment. 

Tank sets run generous. 

Short sets/jogger sets are pretty TTS IMO. I always recommend to size up a size if you like to dry clothes or like a more roomy fit.
